Pastor Ezekiel Ojo

Dr. Ezekiel Leke Ojo, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is the Lead Pastor of New Impact Ministry, a global ministry with headquarters in Glendale, Arizona, and a strong presence in Nigeria, Ghana, and the United Kingdom. Through this work, he has sponsored many indigent students and led empowerment and community outreach programs in underserved communities.

He previously served as Regional Pastor for RCCG North America Region 18, overseeing churches across six U.S. states, and as Special Assistant to the Continental Overseer (Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Help Desk). He was also the founding National Coordinator of the RCCGNA Young Adults and Singles Ministry. After 26 years of service, he retired from RCCG in December 2023.

A missionary, author, and grassroots mobilizer, Pastor Ojo is also an accomplished academic and entrepreneur. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Advanced Accounting) from North Central University, an MBA in Accounting, and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, where he also taught at the Colangelo College of Business.

He has founded and led several organizations, including:

  • Redeemer’s Center for Entrepreneurship Development (RECED) – Founding President
  • Joseph Generation Inc. – President/CEO, a behavioral services company in Glendale, AZ
  • Leadright Consulting PC – Managing Partner, a leadership training and capacity development firm
  • Ezekiel Ojo & Co (Chartered Accountants) – Managing Partner, Lagos-based consulting practice

An alumnus of the University of Ilorin, Nigeria (BSc Economics), he is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Pastor Ojo is happily married to Dr. Juyi Ojo, a pharmacist and pastor. Their union is blessed with two children, David and Debbie, both registered nurses and graduates of Grand Canyon University.
