Julian Rauch has been part of the SRCDC leadership team since 2020, bringing both professional expertise and a heart for service. She lives in Surprise, Arizona, with her two children—Tobi and Amina—and has been actively involved in organizing SRCDC’s food outreach programs. “It is always a pleasure to serve our brothers and sisters in need in and around Glendale,” she says.

Professionally, Julian works as a Senior Clinical Research Monitor with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), where she has contributed to groundbreaking studies in oncology, cardiology, neuroscience, and other therapeutic areas. She finds joy in seeing the FDA approve treatments she has helped monitor, knowing they improve and extend lives.

Julian holds a BA in Communications and Business from California State University, Fullerton, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and an MS in Clinical Research Management from Arizona State University. Prior to moving to Arizona in 2015, she lived in California for 17 years.

Her blend of compassion, leadership, and scientific expertise makes her an invaluable part of SRCDC’s mission to serve and uplift communities.
